non-laborious labor day

Had a nice, lazy weekend. Took some donated items for the hurricane victims from the church over to a local collection center. Got some reading done. Sunday was nice, we didn't have evening church so I cooked all afternoon and we had a nice leisurely barbecue at night. It's such a treat to have time off with no plans... at least for a long weekend.
